Return & Refund Policy

Policy:

• All the returns & refund of the paid amount is based on the contract signed with the client.
• If in the case the refund issue initiate by client. TWT will come up with the basic term & condition of the policy which already exist in the contract sign by both party.
• If the refund initiate according to the contract TWT is liable to pay the amount with in 15 Working Days.
• The Client understands that the regular cost of the specific service is as per the contract.
• If cancellation of the project done by client on early stage of starting the project or service TWT will deduct the cancellation charge as  per the contract which is minimum 10% of the contract value + TAX.
• if cancellation go along with half of work completed TWT is not liable to return the advance paid amount.
• Refund will be completed by the Bank channel (RTGS/NEFT) for domestic client. for abroad client Channel will be same as they have paid to TWT.
