Key Skills:
Strong experience in ServiceNow Development (Glide, etc.)
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules
Experience with Order Orchestration and Fallout Handling
Hands-on with Flow Designer, service decomposition, and orchestration
Responsibilities:
Enable reliable, automated, and scalable service fulfillment
Orchestrate orders and manage exceptions (fallout handling)
Ensure end-to-end alignment between activation and field execution
