Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong experience in API testing,
mobile testing, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of capital market systems
and experience validating complex financial workflows. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in
Software Testing/QA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. The QA Engineer will
be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, performing functional and manual
testing across web and mobile applications, and ensuring data integrity through database validation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on product
requirements
• Perform end-to-end functional testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools and collaborate with development teams
for resolution
• Validate backend APIs using tools like Postman
• Perform request/response validation, schema verification, and error handling checks
• Design and execute API test cases for integration and regression testing
• Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing on mobile applications
• Validate app behavior across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions
• Identify UI/UX issues and performance inconsistencies
• Use SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend transactions
• Verify database updates triggered by APIs and application workflows
• Test workflows related to capital market applications, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, order
management, and trading logic
• Understand business rules related to market operations and financial data flows
• Assist in developing or maintaining automation test scripts
• Collaborate with automation engineers to improve regression coverage
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in API Testing
• Hands-on experience with Postman
• Experience in Mobile Application Testing
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Understanding of Capital Market domain
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing/QA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• Exposure to test automation frameworks
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium/Appium/RestAssured/similar)
• Knowledge of CI/CD testing pipelines
