Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced OmniStudio / Vlocity Developer with 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing OmniStudio components and Vlocity solutions to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
Implement and customize Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize performance and scalability of OmniStudio applications.
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and data management.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification.
Experience in Telecom, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment.
