About the Role:

Key Responsibilities (Common for Executive & Manager Roles):

  • Identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, freelance platforms, company websites, cold outreach, etc.).
  • Sell IT services such as software development, mobile apps, web development, cloud services, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Handle online sales via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Pitch services to leads, understand client requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct virtual/in-person meetings, give product demos, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solution feasibility and accurate proposal submissions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage the entire sales cycle efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings.

Additional Responsibilities (For Sales Manager):

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT Sales Executives.
  • Create and execute business development strategies to enter new markets.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships for recurring business.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign planning.

Requirements:

For IT Sales Executive:

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in IT or software sales.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B online platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the tech sales domain.

For IT Sales Manager:

  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in IT service/product sales.
  • Experience handling a sales team and driving results.
  • Deep understanding of software solutions and business development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting and team management.
