Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365’s Contact Center Platform, with a focus on Power Platform and Power BI integration.
* Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging 5-7 years of hands-on experience in report development.
* Apply strong DAX skills to create complex measures, calculations, and business logic for financial and operational reporting.
* Work with Dynamics 365 data sources, ensuring proper connectivity, data modeling, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in Contact Centre environments to design and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Support financial services projects, applying domain knowledge to tailor reporting and analytics solutions to industry requirements.
* Lead development efforts, communicate effectively with business and technical teams, and provide guidance on best practices for BI and data visualization.
* Ensure familiarity with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) to support cross-platform reporting needs when required.
* Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with global teams while maintaining significant overlap with Australian business hours to ensure effective communication and delivery alignment
