About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives. As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop customized business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to align solutions with client needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategy.
- Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline progress.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members (BDEs, interns) when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle high-level client interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
