About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings (online/offline) with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for growth and success.
