Domain)
Location: Remote – Supporting US Life Sciences Clients
Experience: 10–15 years overall | 5+ years in AWS Architecture & Delivery Leadership
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AWS Solution Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions for US Life Sciences clients. This role requires strong ownership across solution architecture, delivery execution, client engagement, and team mentoring. The architect will drive Agentic AI and GenAI use cases on AWS, ensuring regulatory compliance, scalable design, and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead requirement discovery sessions with US Life Sciences stakeholders across business, data, and IT.
– Define clear project scope including assumptions, dependencies, KPIs, success metrics, and Definition of Done.
– Design AWS-based Agentic AI architectures using services such as AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and Redshift.
– Create and own detailed project plans including milestones, sprint plans, and week-level task execution.
– Lead execution by guiding cross-functional engineering teams (GenAI, Data, Backend, DevOps).
– Ensure optimal utilization and prioritization of shared resources across parallel initiatives.
– Plan and conduct periodic demos, architecture walkthroughs, and milestone reviews with clients.
– Incorporate client feedback into solution design and delivery plans in a controlled and traceable manner.
– Ensure complete documentation, governance artifacts, delivery reporting, and compliance alignment.
– Mentor and groom team members, driving upskilling in AWS, Agentic AI, and Life Sciences domain capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong hands-on experience as an AWS Solution Architect in enterprise delivery environments.
– Deep experience delivering Agentic AI / GenAI solutions using AWS-native services.
– Strong understanding of Life Sciences domain (Clinical, R&D;, Commercial Analytics, Regulatory environments).
– Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native architectures on AWS.
– Experience leading Agile / Hybrid delivery models with strong execution accountability.
– Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications & Education
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
– AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Professional) – Preferred.
