Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in production-ready Python and AI service
development. The role focuses on LLM application engineering, generative image workflows, and
implementing robust evaluation and quality assurance processes for AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop production-ready Python and AI services
* Build and maintain LLM applications
* Implement generative image workflows including text-to-image and image editing
* Design and implement RAG systems with context selection and source-of-truth binding
* Mitigate hallucination in AI-generated outputs
* Establish evaluation and QA processes for text and image outputs
* Create test sets, rubrics, and regression testing frameworks
* Implement human review loops for quality assurance
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of proven experience in production ready Python + AI service development
* Hands-on experience with LLM application engineering
* Generative image workflow experience (text-to-image + image editing)
* RAG & grounding (context selection, source-of-truth binding, hallucination mitigation)
* Evaluation & QA for both text + images (test sets, rubrics, regression, human review loops)
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
* Document generation/templating
* Cost/performance optimisation & monitoring
