Must Have Skills

● 4–5 years of experience in Generative AI and LLMs.

● Hands-on production deployment of LLM-based applications.

● LLM fine-tuning and optimization (GPT, open-source LLMs).

● Should have live projects focused on training bots or agents and not just POC’s

● Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.

● API development and integration for AI services.

● Awareness of Hosting on-premises or any cloud platform is important. Good to Have Skills

● Cloud/on-premise infra experience and Understanding of AI model scalability and compliance requirements
